India built its sovereign AI cloud from zero to sixteen thousand GPUs.

India's AI models no longer have to train on rented foreign machines. Yotta's Shakti Cloud went from its first 4,000 Nvidia H100 GPUs in March 2024 to more than 16,000, the largest GPU fleet on Indian soil, on the way to 32,768. Sovereign compute is the foundation the next Indian economy will be built on.
